sammy at reception showed great customer service, and the check in was smooth.
The room was very dark and reminded me of i was trying to save electricity. It was hard to see. the view was of just a wall and some trees. the bed was also quite hard. it wasn't the greatest.

the hotel had a great location with easy access to transportation. the staff were very helpful and friendly . i received a room upgrade, and the new room was spacious.
the room lacked water, so i needed to get it from a dispenser in the hallway , which was empty.

the front desk staff was polite and efficient during check-in. amy, the housekeeping lady, was friendly and helpful with requests i had. staff were able to accommodate a late check-out.

there is a southside shopping mall near the hotel with various dining options. i found adequate prices at the food stalls in the subway passage. the hotel did not offer room service.

the hotel is close to the wong chuk hang mtr station , about five minutes away. a bus stop is located right outside the hotel, providing easy access to different locations. the gym is very well-equipped.
